Refund & Returns Policy
Refunds & Exchanges
Customers who have received product(s) incorrectly or with a manufacturing fault are entitled to a replacement or a full refund and free return delivery. You must notify us within 14 days of the issue.
Returns
You may return any full price item within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund. Please email us at info@euphorium.au if you wish to do so. You will need to cover the cost of return delivery.
Condition of Return
All product(s) must be returned:
- In their original condition
- Unopened and unused
- With all original tags still attached/in original packaging
How to start a return
Email us at info@euphorium.au with your order number provided in your order confirmation email and issue of your order if applicable.
Assessing the Return
Products that are returned to Euphorium will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Unreturnable items and/or items that do not satisfy the Conditions of Return will not be accepted and the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Refunds and Processing
Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your return. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to reach your account.
Product Design Changes
The packaging and aesthetic of products may vary overtime due to manufacturing changes and therefore product pictures displayed on our product pages may not exactly reflect the product purchase. We will not consider these as manufacturing faults and therefore if you would like to return such an item, you will have to cover return postage.
