Waist: highly elastisied wasitband allows for approximately +/- 3 inches on waist. For example, size Medium (30") can fit a waist of 27-33"
Length: Length is designed to be a little longer than regular pants as they are just below the ankles, covering the top of your shoes. Therefore measure from above the hip bone down to your ankle bone.
