Waist: highly elasticised waistband allows for approximately +/- 3 inches on waist. For example, size Medium (30") can fit a waist of 27-33"

Length: Length is designed to be a little longer than regular pants as they are just below the ankles, covering the top of your shoes. Therefore measure from above the hip bone down to your ankle bone.

Example: a Large fits a 6ft individual: 32.5" Waist and 103cm Length (40.5").
