                      Product was fine... terrible customer service, don't bother if you need it quickly.

                      Unfortunately, I ordered this product express post just to be safe as it was 3 days before an event. When I did not receive any confirmation of shipping and the item did not arrive by the day before, I emailed the company to ask for a refund and to cancel the order seeing it had not yet been sent and the item was no longer required. Instead of acknowledging my email or offering any kind of apology or response, they instead immediately marked the item as posted and sent out the item after receiving my email. Poor form. Wouldn't order from them again.
